RequirementsPrevious experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting (essential)Commissioning experience highly desirableStrong leadership skills with the ability to build and nurture a new teamExperience within residential and dementia careNot suitable for step-up candidatesNot suitable for hospital/community-only backgrounds

LocationThe home is based near the Aldington area and is easily commutable from Folkestone, Saltwood, Dymchurch, New Romney, Lympne, Ashford, Sandgate, Hawkinge and Sellindge.
