Step into an exciting new role with a well-regarded housebuilder as their dedicated Sales Progressor, located near Bedfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding Sales Team during a key period of growth. In this position, you'll play a vital role in driving completions, guiding customers from reservation all the way through to legal completion.
Salary on offer is up to £35,000 basic + £50,000 OTE. This role is 4 days on site and 1 day remote working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the end-to-end progression of new home sales, from reservation through to legal completion, collaborating closely with sales agents, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
2. Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, providing timely updates and addressing any issues related to the conveyancing process.
3. Keeping CRM systems and internal reports updated with all key sales milestones, including invoicing, payments, and regular progress tracking.
4. Applying your conveyancing knowledge to anticipate and resolve potential delays, keeping fall-throughs to a minimum.
