What You'll Be DoingManaging end-to-end procurement activity within a regulated environment (PCR 2015)Developing and delivering sourcing strategies and tender documentationRunning competitive tenders outside of a framework - full end-to-end ownershipNegotiating contracts and driving measurable commercial savingsCollaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regionsContributing to category strategy development and continuous improvementAt senior level: leading multi-million-pound programmes and managing complex supplier relationships
What We're Looking ForPublic sector procurement experience - this is essentialProven end-to-end tendering experience outside of a frameworkStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of PCR 2015 / regulated procurement environmentsKnowledge of regulated or reclassified procurement environments (desirable)
