Year on year they have grown significantly and as of January 2025 they now have over 50 facilities, employing over 6,000 and over 18,000 customers globally! Due to a recent internal move they are looking for a replacement within their financial operations team, they are currently transitioning from a manual payroll process to a digital process so this prior knowledge would be beneficial but not needed to be successful. Main responsibilities: Payroll processing Submitting info to Payroll Bureau, HMRC, Pensions provider Calculate holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, benefit in kind, EV salary sacrifice and other wage-related adjustments. Support HR functions Ensure accurate life assurance submissions Finance Support Reconciling payroll and bank accounts Support month end reporting Prepare departmental budgets We are looking to hear from candidates who have worked within a Production, Manufacturing or Industrial environment previously. You need to have knowlegde of UK Payroll legislation and ideally you would be CIPP/AAT Qualified or working towards the qualification.
