Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Sales person to manage and grow the Northern Ireland territory. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with NHS trusts, private hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to drive sales of medical equipment and surgical devices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within NHS and private healthcare sectors.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers including surgeons, procurement managers, and department heads.
4. Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and training as required.
5. Attend clinical meetings, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and maintain market presence.
