The Team

The Role
* You will advise on a range of real estate finance transactions, including:
* Large‑scale acquisition, investment and development finance matters
* Bespoke and structured real estate‑backed lending
* High‑value refinancings and recapitalisations
* Acting for leading global banks, debt funds, institutional investors and sponsors
* Cross‑border transactions involving premium real estate assets and complex structures
* Associates are given responsibility from an early stage, playing a central role on transactions and working directly with sophisticated clients.
Required Qualifications
* England & Wales qualified (or equivalent)
* 2 - 4 years' PQE in real estate finance at a top‑tier City or international firm
* Strong technical grounding in secured lending and real estate finance
* Commercially astute with a solutions‑focused mindset
* Confident communicator with the credibility to advise premium clients
* Excellent academic pedigree and attention to detail
