The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our small, dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-volume, quality catering.
Key Details:
1. Schedule: 4 days per week, with a guaranteed minimum of one weekend off per month
2. Shift Patterns: Typically between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
3. Service Volume: Prepare and cook for up to 180 guests per lunch and dinner service
4. Team Structure: You’ll be the sole chef on duty, supported by a kitchen porter
5. Environment: Operate as part of a tight-knit, collaborative team

Ideal Candidate
22. Previous chef experience is essential – please note we are unable to consider applicants without relevant experience
23. Proven ability to manage large-scale food preparation independently
