About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Maidenhead. Our client is an 8 year old little girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, gastrostomy tube and she is non-verbal. We are looking for forward-thinking proactive candidates that will take initiative and follow the timetabled routine of tasks to complete on shifts. You will be playing a huge part in her development and physio programmes, helping our client to achieve her full potential. When you will be working: Evening, waking night, and weekend day shifts available Evenings (2.30pm-9.30pm) Waking nights (9.30pm-9.30am) Weekend days (9am-9pm) Part time or Full time available In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
