* Role: Behaviour Support Worker
* Location: West Berkshire
* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
* Supporting students during lessons and managing challenging behaviour positively
* Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation and social development
* Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff, and external therapists to ensure consistent support
* Creating a safe and encouraging learning space for all pupils
