We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented Sales Representatives to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions and provide excellent customer service, including local advice.
Experience and Skills
* Passion for customer care and excellent interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
* Results-driven with a passion for sales.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
Job Specifics
* Seasonal contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent roles after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability during peak season from April to August.
* Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Commission earned based on personal sales, averaging £20–£40 daily, with potential for higher earnings during spring and summer.
