Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes and personalising where required
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and recommendations as needed
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Monitor and manage bar inventory, placing orders as necessary
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
* Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
* Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
