Mitie is currently recruiting experienced Security Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and asset protection while maintaining a visible security presence that mitigates disruptive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver industry leading customer service standards
* Establish and maintain a secure environment free from criminal activity and associated concerns for customers and colleagues
* Effectively address disruptive behavior and establish professional relationships with relevant individuals
* Interact with members of the public in a professional, welcoming manner
* Assist visitors and the public with inquiries courteously and efficiently, demonstrating superior customer service
* Collaborate with law enforcement and crime reduction partnerships to minimize in-store incidents
* Utilise Body Worn CCTV equipment to enhance crime prevention efforts and promote colleague and customer safety
Requirements
* Valid SIA licence is mandatory
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security Services, Military, or Law Enforcement
* Vetting process requires a complete 5-year verifiable employment/education history
* Incomplete history may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: £13.40 - £15.50 per hour (rate varies based on location and store risk assessment)
Schedule: Various shifts available (details to be discussed during interview)
