Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Northampton, supporting pupils with a variety of needs including ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs), and physical disabilities, across a wide spectrum of learning levels from MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) to PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties). These specialist settings require dedicated and adaptable support staff who can provide both academic and personal support, helping pupils to thrive in structured, nurturing environments tailored to their individual needs.
