As an OT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, client-centred care. You'll carry out initial assessments and provide short-term interventions, manage a complex caseload and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Working collaboratively with service users and their families, you'll set recovery-focused OT goals and ensure smooth transitions to other teams or services. Alongside clinical duties you will be supported to gain experience and skills in leadership, research and quality improvement as well as other training relevant to your post.
