Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, organised, and energetic individual to join our team as a Warehouse / Stores Operative who has previous experience in the offshore energy industry. Within the role you will be part of a dynamic, proactive and responsive team, that is crucial to ensuring project deliverables from a materials and equipment standpoint are met on time and in line with client expectations. You will also play a key role in ensuring the warehouse and yard areas are kept clean, tidy and accessible for fluid day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Ø Warehouse Organisation & Project Equipment Preparation Ø Adhering to the goods in and out process for all receipts and deliveries Ø Raise orders on suppliers for Consumables, materials, and goods in line with project requirements Ø Maintaining housekeeping of the warehouse to a high standard Ø Maintaining all equipment in the warehouse to ensure it is fit for purpose Ø Inspection of rope access equipment Ø Maintaining Motion database ensuring equipment being despatched for projects is in certification date and will be for the duration of the project or for use within the Stowen premises (Training will be provided) Ø Following detailed project manifested when selection tools and equipment for upcoming projects Ø Servicing/ cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment before and after use Ø Loading and unloading project containers Ø Packing hotshot deliveries to service ongoing operations in the UK and Overseas Ø Working to tight timelines to support a reactive industry Ø Facilities Management Ø Perform routine maintenance on building facilities and vehicles Ø Communicate with 3rd party services when required i.e. Lifting and hire companies, vehicle MOT’s/servicing Ø Ensure outside yard area is kept in a clean and tidy condition Ø Fully comply with Stowen QMS requirements Ø Previous experience in a similar role is essential Ø Previous experience with Motion software is advantageous but full training can be provided Ø Strong organisational and time management skills Ø Attention to detail and accuracy Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills Ø Full UK driving license essential Ø Forklift license / experience essential Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ø Positive and can-do attitude Ø Working as part of a team We Offer Ø Competitive salary Ø Opportunities for career progression Ø A friendly and supportive work environment Job Type Ø Full time Pay Ø £27,000 - £29,000 per year (Dependent on experience) Benefits Ø Company pension Ø Employee life insurance Work Location Ø Great Yarmouth – In person Ø Mon-Fri – 39 hrs per week Application Deadline Ø 3rd November 2025
