As HR Business Partner, you will support the Commercial leadership team within the UK & Ireland in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Also, assisting in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR Centers of Excellence and organizational goals. Join the team and let's do great things together!
What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Employ effective change management strategies to support business transformation activities.
* Support organizational change and design by working with senior management and HRBPs to identify needs and implement solutions.
* Partner across the global HR function to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as required, coordinating with other departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes for the region.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition regarding recruitment activities.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Lead HR or business-driven initiatives such as organizational restructuring or cultural change projects.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.

* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* Commitment to a 12-month contract.
