Job Summary
Full time, permanent contract.
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (3 shifts per week, including alternating weekends).
Shift times: 08:00 – 20:30.
Salary: £13.20 per hour.
Must be able to drive to site (no public transport links nearby) and have a full Manual UK licence held for more than 3 years.
Responsibilities
* Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and personal care.
* Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes.
* Assisting with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals.
* Assistance and support to attend medical appointments.
* Observe, monitor, and record physical and emotional well‑being, and quickly report any changes to senior staff.
* Supporting the development of important family connections and liaising with specialists, including Speech & Language Therapists and Learning Disability teams.
* Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities that promote involvement and personal growth.
