The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to support the efficient flow of operations across our production and supply chain functions. In this key role, you'll coordinate production schedules, manage inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records. You'll also serve as a vital link between the production team, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities for our Production Coordinator Coordinate, prepare, and maintain up-to-date production schedules. Monitor stock levels, place part orders, and track deliveries. Manage purchase orders and invoices using internal systems. Generate reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely production delivery. Maintain detailed records and update compliance documentation. Competencies Required for the Production Coordinator Organised and strong planner. Eye for detail.
