Lunchtime Supervisor
We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor who will work as part of a supportive and committed staff team to ensure that lunchtimes are positive, calm and enjoyable. You will build warm relationships with pupils, promote good behaviour with kindness and consistency, and encourage positive, active and inclusive play so that all children feel involved and cared for.
Primary Responsibilities
* Support children outdoors during lunch periods.
* Help them develop social skills, independence and respect for others.
* Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos through everyday interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or interest in working with primary‑aged children.
* Approachable, caring, calm and a good role model.
* Ability to create an orderly and positive environment.
Legal and Selection Requirements
* Subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
* All applicants must provide documentation proving their right to work in the UK. We do not sponsor.
