Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about educational travel? We have an exciting opportunity to join Experience Education, which is rapidly growing, as a Sales Administrator, supporting our JCA, Travelbound, and Skibound brands. Experience Education offers tours for students of all ages to anywhere in the world. We’re passionate about the benefits that Educational Travel provide and the memories it creates for students from all backgrounds. We love seeing the tours we create get off the ground and hearing the amazing stories when the groups return. This hybrid role is approximately 80% Sales Admin and 20% Tour Co-ordinator for Travelbound, giving you variety, ownership, and the opportunity to help shape unforgettable educational trips for students of all ages. About Travelbound With more than 30 years’ experience, Travelbound are the industry leaders in high quality, subject-led tours for schools, universities, colleges, and clubs. With bespoke itineraries to incredible worldwide destinations, and their exclusive Chateau du Molay in Normandy, Travelbound tailor every tour to meet your specific educational and cultural requirements. Whether it’s a History Trip to New York & Washington, introducing Art & Design students to Paris, or organising orchestra and choir performance tours in Italy, every detail will be taken care of to create a truly tailormade, inspiring learning experience. What you’ll be doing Sales Administration (80%) Generate and load quotes using our bespoke system Produce accurate quotation letters and invoices Action amendments to quotes and bookings Process supplier invoices Maintain and update records in our in-house CRM (HubSpot) Meet agreed KPIs Support different sales teams during their seasonal peaks Provide feedback on improving processes and embedding tech into admin workflows Stay informed on campaigns, special offers, and competitor activity Tour Co-ordinator (20%) Plan and book detailed educational travel itineraries Work with party leaders to create unique, tailored travel experiences Handle all administrative tasks related to bookings and destination queries Liaise with suppliers and negotiate rates where necessary Ensure Health & Safety requirements are completed for each group Track and authorise payments within tour budgets Occasionally travel overseas for familiarisation trips and product training What we are looking for Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload Previous experience in sales admin, customer service or travel (desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset Confident in Word and Excel Customer service-focused with high attention to detail A flexible and collaborative approach Some of the benefits Hybrid working pattern between our office and homeworking Annual Bonus scheme Opportunities to travel overseas on familiarisation trips 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays and a bonus day off for your birthday; we also have a tenure based annual leave benefit, up to a maximum of an additional 5 days depending on length of service Global recognition and reward programme Access to extensive online learning resources In-house training opportunities Regular social events Various employee discounts and offers, including discounted trips with our brands We believe that people are happier and perform best when they are able to be their true selves and that diverse teams deliver better results.
