A secondary school in Shrewsbury is seeking Cover Supervisors to join on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience and support schools with day-to-day staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms during staff absences
Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities
Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school leaders
Requirements:
Experience with children or young people
Good organisational skills and confidence in classroom management
Professional and reliable
Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
