Role: Patient Care Advisor
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Location: Belfast, fully on-site
Salary: £26, plus bonus

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:
1. Engaging with existing customers/patients
2. Handling customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
3. Understand customers/patient demand and needs
4. Overcome objectives and resolve them
5. Maintain and develop product knowledge and customer service skills
6. Accurate maintenance of patient records
Essential skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
9. A willingness to learn
10. Sales experience
11. Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
