Our client, a leading organisation within the IFA/Financial Services sector, is seeking a proactive Admin Team Leader to support and guide their administration team. Based in a vibrant office near Blackfriars, City of London, this is a fantastic 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity, with potential to extend.

🔍 Role Overview:
As the Admin Team Leader, you will report to the Head of Administration and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of 4+ administrators, support process improvements, and help drive exceptional service standards across the department.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and oversee the daily operations of the administration team
* Act as the main escalation point for team queries, workflow, and workload distribution
* Identify training needs and encourage continuous development
* Ensure efficient processing of new and existing business
* Implement and refine administrative processes to increase efficiency
* Oversee the client review process and maintain accurate CRS records
* Support the team with everyday administrative duties
* Enhance productivity, service quality, and operational performance
* Work closely with the Head of Administration to support departmental goals
* Attend regular meetings with senior management and team members
* Provide operational oversight and ensure adherence to company procedures
* Host weekly team meetings to monitor workloads and priorities
* Process and track new business via CURO event lists
* Prepare and manage Client Review Packs for designated clients
* Maintain accurate data within CURO and provider platforms
* Carry out general client administration tasks
* Ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards

* Team Leadership: Proven experience managing administrative staff within an IFA or financial services environment
* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
* Client Focus: Excellent customer-service approach with meticulous attention to detail
* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements within financial services
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and administrative software (CURO experience advantageous)
* Communication: Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively across teams
* Process Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to identifying areas for improvement
* Training Orientation: Ability to support team development and promote best practice
💰 Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £40,000-£45,000 (DOE)
* Full-time, office-based role
