TheRole
Onbehalfofourclient,weareseekingaBusinessDevelopmentManager.Thisroleisresponsiblefordeveloping,,youwilluseyourexistingnetworktointroducetheclientsservices,onboardnewpartnersandensuresmoothdeliveryalongsideinternalclaimsandoperationsteams.
Youwilltakeownershipofconsistentbusinessgrowth,stayaheadofmarkettrendsandactasatrustedadvisortobrokerpartners.
Responsibilitieswillinclude
* Develop,manageandconvertrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokers.
* Leverageyourexistingnetworktointroduceourclientsservicesandgenerateimmediateopportunities.
* Identifyandonboardnewbrokerpartnersforcredithireandrepairservices.
* Actasatrustedpartnertobrokers,ensuringtheyunderstandthefullvalueoftheoffering.
* Driveconsistentnewbusinessactivityandrevenuegrowth.
* Collaboratecloselywithinternalclaimsandoperationsteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandservicedelivery.
* Keepuptodatewithmarkettrends,competitoractivityandopportunitieswithinthemotorclaimsspace.
ThePerson:
Ourclientisseekingaself-motivatedbusinessdevelopmentprofessionalwithideallystrongrelationshipsinthemotorinsurancebrokermarketandaproventrackrecordofgeneratingrevenue.
* Provenexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentwithinthemotorinsurance,credithireorclaimsspace.
* Establishednetworkofmotorinsurancebrokersthatcanbeactivelyengaged.
* Trackrecordofgeneratingnewbusinessandmeetingrevenuetargets.
* Commercialawarenessandtheabilitytoidentifyandconvertopportunitiesquickly.

TheSalary
£40,000withOTEof£60,000(uncappedOTE)

Full-time,37.5hoursperweek,MondaytoFriday,8:30am5pm
