This is how you support us
* As a Support Engineer (m/f/d), support our employees on their workstations and maintain applications, in particular HelvetiaNet, Microsoft 365, peripherals, host applications
* Recording fault reports and documenting tickets - you also manage (sub)projects in IT operations and carry out detailed error analyses to find solutions
* Provide employees with authorization and equipment when they join, leave and make changes within the organization
* Whether modeling the know-how database, taking software and hardware inventories or packaging software - your IT knowledge is in demand
* Last but not least on your agenda: co-designing and continuously developing processes as well as managing and communicating with service providers in the software and hardware area
This will enrich our team
* Completed training and several years of professional experience in the IT environment
* Experience in project management, process analysis and improvement, coupled with in-depth knowledge of system support as well as Windows and Microsoft 365
* Expertise in networks, Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems, Active Directory, VM ware, software packaging and distribution, asset management and ticket systems
* Ideally know-how in ITSM processes
* Communication skills, commitment and service readiness as well as a pragmatic and responsible way of thinking and acting
