Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton will form part of the Abbey Street mixed-use redevelopment that will include a residential component alongside workspaces, a large cinema complex, a food hall and landscaped public spaces. The hotel will feature 145 rooms, meeting space and a fitness centre.

What will I be doing?
10. Assisting the Front Office Team and Guest Operations Manager in leading the department
11. Drive our Hilton Honors enrolments as well as the generation of room revenue
12. Achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing an efficient, brand-specific, friendly and hospitable arrival and departure experience. To be a passionate host and highly collaborative member of the Guest Operations team
13. Develop a high-performing guest operations team, and deliver brand-specific customer experiences (mainly in FO but also across Guest Operations).
14. Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests
15. Complete daily admin duties
16. Welcome guests on arrival, deal with during stay queries and handle departure – all to standard.
17. Supervise, lead and coach the front line team to reach their potential
18. Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

25. Min 2 years’ experience in a similar FOH focused role. Focused service brand background, with ‘hands on’ experience/knowledge preferred. Ideally already in leadership/ supervisory position, looking for progression. Interest, knowledge or experience in pre-openings, PMS, Front desk desirable
