Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via calls, emails, chat, and ticketing systems.
Log and track incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
Reset passwords and assist users in regaining access to systems.
Troubleshoot minor software and hardware issues efficiently.
Help with basic configuration and setup tasks.
Identify and escalate complex issues as needed.
Document all incidents and resolutions accurately.
Contribute to building and updating knowledge base articles.
Recognize trends in user issues to prevent future problems.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical proficiency at Level 1.5 support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
