What you’ll be doing As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll learn how to support customers throughout their holiday journey while building the skills and confidence to become a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll: Help customers with bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel questions Learn how to handle customer enquiries across calls and emails Support customers when things don’t go to plan and help find practical solutions Work at pace across multiple enquiries while maintaining high standards and attention to detail Keep systems and booking information accurate and up to date Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly for customers Spend one day each week focused on your apprenticeship learning and development Everything you do contributes to the experience our customers remember long after they return home. ⭐ What we’re looking for You don’t need travel experience o r previous office experience, but you do need the right attitude.
