Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
9. Prepare vehicles meticulously, including priming, masking, and sanding to ensure superior finishes
10. Mix and colour match automotive paints with precision to achieve perfect reapplication
11. Apply paints and finishes using appropriate techniques to high standards and within deadlines
12. Inspect completed work, polish, and rectify minor imperfections as required
13. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety, quality, and efficiency
14. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and uphold high standards of workmanship
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
15. Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair environment, ideally with at least 3 years of relevant work
16. Extensive knowledge of automotive paints, finishes, and preparation processes
17. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
18. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
19. A collaborative team player with a professional attitude and work ethic
20. Capable of working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively
