AI Consultant - Contracts & Billing Operations (Interim/Contract) Fully Remote (must be UK or Czech resident) Occasional travel to Czech office Finance Transformation | AI | SaaS ⏱ Contract Opportunity 3-6 months £400-500.00 per day We're partnering with a high-growth, global SaaS organisation to appoint an AI Consultant to transform their Contracts & Billing operations through intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and advanced AI tooling. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Finance, focused on improving billing accuracy, first-time-right invoicing, and operational efficiency across international finance hubs. The Opportunity You'll take ownership of designing and implementing AI-led metrics and reporting frameworks across Contracts & Billing, using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, NetSuite and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities Build and own Contracts & Billing KPI frameworks, focused on billing accuracy and first-time-right invoicing Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, native AI in NetSuite/Salesforce) to query data and generate actionable insights Analyse billing trends, disputes, re-bills, and revenue leakage Deep-dive into Salesforce case/ticket data (volumes, ageing, root causes) Translate insights into clear action plans and partner with Finance, IT, and Commercial teams Develop repeatable AI-driven workflows for reporting and anomaly detection Support monthly KPI reporting to senior leadership Drive a culture of continuous improvement and AI adoption across global teams What We're Looking For Proven experience applying AI in a Finance / SaaS / Order-to-Cash environment Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Experience using LLMs (e.g. Claude) to build prompts, workflows, or agents for reporting/analysis Track record of improving billing accuracy, invoicing quality, or O2C performance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into commercial insights and actions Experience working with global or shared service teams Advanced Excel skills (SQL / Power BI a plus) What Success Looks Like Improved billing accuracy and first-time-right invoicing rates Reduction in billing disputes, credit notes, and rework Faster, AI-driven reporting cycles and insight generation Clear, trusted KPI frameworks adopted by leadership Enhanced performance across international billing teams If you're an AI-driven finance professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and driving tangible results, this is a standout opportunity.
