We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Executive to support the Customer Service team with additional responsibility for delivery investigations and courier-related queries. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone with strong Zendesk experience who is comfortable managing customer queries while also handling delivery issues, courier claims, and general logistics-related cases. The role will sit within the Customer Service team and support day-to-day operations, particularly where orders require investigation or follow-up with delivery partners. The Role ✨ Managing customer queries via Zendesk, email, and phone ✨ Investigating delivery issues and delayed / missing parcels ✨ Raising and managing courier investigations ✨ Handling claims processes with delivery partners including DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL ✨ Liaising with couriers to track, locate, or resolve delivery problems ✨ Supporting the CS team with complex delivery-related cases ✨ Following internal processes for refunds, replacements, and investigations ✨ Keeping Zendesk tickets updated with accurate notes and actions ✨ Working closely with Operations and Pharmacy where required ✨ Monitoring open cases and ensuring investigations are followed through Requirements Experience working with delivery couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL or similar Experience raising and managing delivery investigations and claim Experience resolving delivery issues, delayed parcels, and returns Previous experience in a Customer Service role Good attention to detail and accurate case handling Strong communication skills Nice to Have Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or pharmacy environment Strong Zendesk or similar system experience Experience using Shopify or similar order management systems Experience using courier portals or tracking systems Understanding of ticket targets, SLAs, or productivity KPIs Experience working in a fast-paced online order / delivery environment
