Part-Time Receptionist required in Kidlington.
* Starting salary up to £12.21 per hour.
* 3-day/2-day weekly rota between Monday to Friday (discussed further upon application).
Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership based in Kidlington, is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of a friendly reception team, your key duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting customers & making them feel comfortable and at ease whilst at the dealership.
* Establishing customer needs and, if required, obtaining details to pass over to the sales team.
* Replenishing stocks of brochures/tea and coffee facilities, etc.
* Answering and covering the reception phones as well as transferring calls to the relevant person.
* Capturing and recording customer details on appropriate systems
* Becoming aware of our client's product range and explaining any key benefits of particular models.
* Understanding and learning the vehicle sales process and ensuring compliance with respective legislation and manufacturer standards.
In order to be eligible, experience in customer service in a customer-facing role would be essential. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills. Any prior experience in the automotive industry or a general interest/passion for cars would be highly beneficial, as well as any experience working with premium products.
