Changing Lives is a nationwide charity helping people facing the most challenging of circumstances to make positive change - for good. Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. By focusing on their strengths, potential and opportunities, we support the people we work with to overcome their problems and live safe, successful, independent lives.

Head of Assets
This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Changing Lives’ property and asset portfolio, working closely with Changing Lives Homes to ensure assets are safe, compliant, financially sustainable, and actively support the charity’s mission to change lives.
The role will operate across a growing national portfolio of properties and associated companies, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and value for money as the organisation continues to expand.
