Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team on technical design projects, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with UK codes and regulations.
* Develop design briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to proposal bids.
* Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
* Work closely with UK and international teams to deliver cohesive, integrated design solutions.
* Uphold strict quality assurance protocols throughout the design process.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng).
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
* Strong technical background in hydraulic design, including water/wastewater treatment, pipeline design, and surge analysis.
* Familiarity with Design & Build practices.
* Expertise in HADES, VARISIM, and WANDA software.
* Recognised profile within the hydraulic engineering industry.
