Team Manager - Driving license essential

We offer Team Manager opportunities working on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.
The Role
1. A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, executing client tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project sign-offs with management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (primarily nights). Access shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work locations vary across retail sites/stores, with travel as needed.
8. Responsibilities include:
* Removing and replacing stock based on client plans and systems.
* Adjusting shelf heights.
* Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
1. Stock replenishment.
2. Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if staying away.
Desirable Qualities
* Excellent communication skills.
* Decision-making and prioritization abilities.
* Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or team management.
* Methodical with keen attention to detail.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
* Driving license is essential.
