Telford Part Time - Permanent 11,746.02 Job Description Monday & Tuesday 08:30-17:00, Wednesday 08:30-12:00 (18.5 hours per week) We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a telephonist working as part of the Legal Services Team in our Telford office. You will be working as part of the central switchboard, which is often where all general reception and administration tasks are performed. The post holder will be responsible for the efficient and prompt answering and transferring of telephone calls, from clients, potential clients and contacts. During quiet periods the post holder will undertake administration support tasks, such as data entry and archiving. This role uses strong communication skills as you will be required to take and pass on accurate messages as necessary, either verbally or via email, as well as keeping up to date notes on the call management software.
