Sales and Service Manager - Farmers Hastings
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to join our experienced and passionate Hastings management team!

As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting to our Assistant Store Manager, you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in-store and regionally.
As the Sales and Service Manager, you will:
* Drive department sales and take full ownership of your team's sales performance
* Manage, coach, develop, and motivate your team to exceed sales budgets
* Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place and ready before store opening
* Drive a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Implement and communicate promotional plans for upcoming events
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar position (e.g., Store Manager of a small store or Department Manager of a medium to large store)
* Strong sales coaching skills with proven ability to coach for sales improvement
* Excellent team management experience, capable of motivating and coaching a team to improve sales results

This is a permanent full-time role involving weekend work and flexibility for early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.
