Your new role
As the Property Surveyor, you will manage a diverse portfolio ofmercial properties by providing expert advice and high-quality management services. Within the role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of themercial portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge budgeting. As part of this role, you will build strong relationships with clients and tenants and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business growth. You will support clients with strategic asset management advice such as acquisitions and disposals and ensurepliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you should have proven experience inmercial property management with strong understanding ofmercial leases. MRICS essential. You should be client-focused and possess excellentmunication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
