Overview
As a Business Analyst focused on products in Insurance, propositions, and front office at Deloitte Digital, you will play a critical role in helping Insurance companies achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibilities include understanding stakeholder business needs, analysing and documenting processes, developing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams, and participating in testing.
Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to Insurance products, policies and front office operations.
* Analyse and document business processes and workflows.
* Develop functional specifications and use cases.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
* Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
* Provide support during implementation and post‑implementation phases, including user training and support.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
* Identify and document risks and issues, and recommend mitigation.
* Develop and maintain project documentation.
* Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Insurance operations or experience working with Insurance clients.
* Experience developing functional specifications and use cases.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
