? The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher to:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Ensure students remain engaged and on task
* Provide a positive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence managing groups of students
* Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
* A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
* A genuine interest in education
