Position Summary: You will support up to four individuals requiring a wide range of emotional and behavioural support. Daily activities include 1:1 support, shared group sessions, and occasional overnight care. The role requires adaptability, flexibility, maturity and the ability to empower and motivate clients toward independence. Some clients may self‑harm, experience anxiety or exhibit behaviours of concern – effective use of Positive Behaviour Support is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver person‑centred care and emotional support to clients.
* Apply Positive Behaviour Support techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
* Assist clients with coping skills, learning new strategies and expressing themselves.
* Provide 1:1 and shared support during day and night shifts.
* Work with other staff to create an inclusive, supportive environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Passion for working with individuals with enduring mental health conditions.
* Understanding of the psychology behind complex behaviours.
* Willingness to learn and apply Positive Behaviour Support.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Location: Close to public transport with a short walk from the bus stop/train station. We currently also require drivers.
