HR Advisor (Employee Relations)
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | On-site Tonbridge | Immediate Start
We are working with a well-established organisation in Tonbridge that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) expertise to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage ER cases end to end.
You must be comfortable working on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence
* Provide clear, pragmatic, and legally sound employment law advice to line managers and stakeholders
* Advise and coach managers to build confidence in handling people matters
* Support a project focused on improving ER processes and HR best practice
* Ensure HR activity is compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies and procedures
* Produce accurate documentation, reports, and detailed case notes
* Contribute to continuous improvement across the HR function
About You
1. Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or ER-focused role
2. Strong ER case management experience is essential
3. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
