An excellent opportunity within a successful and busy property team serving the local community of Perth and Kinross and beyond.
You'll provide exceptional support to the Property Partner and shall assist with all the administrative aspects ofsale, purchase and private remortgage transactions. You'll also work closely with the Estate Agency Team and provide support to them when required.
It's a busy office which means you'll enjoy a variety of work including:
* Audio dictation
* Opening files
* Undertaking AML checks
* Submitting offers
* Dealing with clients - responding to enquiries in a timely manner
* Scanning documents, closing files and shredding
* Assisting with all other administration tasks as required.
You must have a good understanding of the conveyancing process with previous and relevant experience of the above and will be comfortable and confident dealing with clients and other associated parties. You'll also be highly organised and have an eye for detail. Experience of private client matters - Wills and POA's is beneficial.
