Protocol Education is recruiting an Inclusion and Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist PRU supporting pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education or require alternative provision.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEMH needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
* Assisting with personalised learning programmes
* Supporting pupils during transitions and unstructured times
* Helping students develop confidence and resilience
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours:
* Monday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
* Tuesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
* Be committed to supporting vulnerable learners
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
* Be available on a full-time basis
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
