The Role: Account Manager
This Account Manager is a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between our customers and internal teams. As an Account Manager, you’ll ensure seamless communication, high customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
* Buildingand maintaining strong client relationships across all markets.
* Servingas the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Managingcustomer service communications and respond to email inquiries.
* Collaboratingwith internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
* Understanding client goals and ensure our solutions align with their needs.
* Identifying and acting on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Supporting marketing initiatives, including managing social media for the Craft Industry.
* Preparingclient reports, proposals, and project updates.
* Providingadministrative and sales support to the wider team.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications of our Account Manager:
* Previous experience in account management or sales
* Proven customer services and strong administration skill
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic about social media and networking with understanding of marketing principles.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
* Analytical thinker and proactive problem-solver.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
