About the role:
High Five Health Promotion works with well-known companies to support their employees in the areas of exercise, health and well-being. At our location in Munich, we manage a company fitness studio with a training area, courses and preventive health measures.
Your responsibilities:
* Support of our members on the training area (360 support)
* Support in the implementation of preventive measures within the framework of workplace health promotion
* Guidance on exercises and training plans
* Implementation of selected (digital) course formats (depending on qualifications) Friendly contact person for members in everyday studio life
* Support for health days or internal campaigns
* Light administrative activities
What you'll bring:
* Experience in the fitness, sports or health sector (e.g. trainer, student, exercise instructor and at least a trainer B license)
* Gladly with additional qualifications (e.g. back training; other trainer licenses and further training, etc.)
* Confident presentation and instruction in front of and by groups
* Great affinity for sport, exercise and nutrition
* Excellent written and spoken German skills
* English language skills at least at level B1
* Enjoyment of dealing with people
* The energy needed to motivate people to achieve their goals
* Reliability, initiative and team spirit
* Willingness to work flexibly (e.g. early, evening or selectively)
