We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Temporary Administrative Assistant position to assist our Supply Chain Team in Nottingham, PA!
* SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, approximately 40+ hours a week

Job Summary:
This role primarily involves demonstrating exemplary customer service through administrative support to the Supply Chain department.
Qualifications:
* HS diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of related experience
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite; basic skills required
* Excellent customer service and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Physical requirements and work environment:
* Office environment
* Sedentary work for extended periods
* Use of computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse for long durations
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Key Responsibilities:
* Support purchase order processing, receiving documentation, invoice matching, and uploads
* Process supply orders for various departments
* Assist with inventory uploads to the material portal system
* Handle Point of Deliveries (POD) from N.E. warehouse
* Order and restock office supplies
* Assist with routine correspondence, updating spreadsheets, and other clerical tasks
* Manage department mail and office supply processes
* Maintain copier supplies and perform copier maintenance
* Backfill Supply Chain Coordinator roles as needed
* Investigate purchase and delivery issues
* Assist in developing department documents such as SOPs
Customer Service/Communication:
* Answer and direct incoming calls
* Communicate effectively to achieve high outcomes for customers and the organization
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
