What you will do
Join E2 Services Ltd. (part of Johnson Controls) as a BMS Engineer! We have a new opportunity available to in our central team (London & surrounding areas). This role is currently open to candidates based outside of the UK who are looking to relocate.
E2 Services achieve significant energy, cost & carbon savings via intelligent procurement, aM&T, demand management, BMS controls optimisation & compliance services. Your role as a mobile BMS service engineer will be to carry out routine BMS maintenance on a variety of sites and responding to callouts from our Maintenance Operations Team. This role will also include completing small works such as replacing BMS controllers, modules, sensors or actuators.

How you will do it
8. Carry out routine BMS service visits
9. Support maintenance operations team with customer queries
10. When on site: Review site fault tracker and complete any minor tasks where possible
11. Prepare clear and accurate reports on site during the visit, including any recommended improvements
12. Carry out BMS related small works projects
13. When required, attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication
14. Support client and supplier relationships for building improvements
What we are looking for
15. Experience with BMS systems such Trend, Delta, Johnsons or Tridium (2 out of 4 is essential).
16. Working knowledge of the above system controls and operation strategies (2 out of 4 is essential).
17. Experience with MCC panels and the ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams
18. Understanding of all varieties of Trend networking – current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet and LonWorks
19. Experience with supervisors such as Trend 963 and/or IQvision software
20. Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
21. Understanding of electrical systems
22. Desire to learn and support new technologies / alternative control system
23. Confident in IT with working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
24. Excellent written skills and provide reports in a timely manner
