An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated professional to join a multi-site alternative provision supporting children and young people with complex needs. This service plays a vital role in supporting local families and schools, and is committed to ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to succeed.
We are seeking an inspiring Curriculum Leader for Mathematics & Numeracy to lead provision across multiple sites and work collaboratively within a supportive and close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, innovative, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
About the Role
* Lead and develop the mathematics and numeracy curriculum across the service
* Support and inspire students with behavioural and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Contribute to the strategic vision and continuous improvement of the provision
* Motivate learners to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes
* Promote high standards of achievement, confidence, and self-esteem among students
About You
* Be a dynamic and enthusiastic educator with strong leadership skills
* Have experience working with students with additional needs, particularly SEMH
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
* Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting disengaged learners
