The VacancyCBCS CounsellorInspire Wellbeing is recruiting a compassionate and driven Counsellor to join our Mental Health & Addiction Services team working within our Community Based Counselling Services. This is an exciting opportunity to provide time-limited counselling interventions and co-facilitate structured psychoeducational groups for adults and children within community-based services. ?? What You'll BringTo be shortlisted, you'll need:? A Professional Diploma in Counselling covering psycho-dynamic, CBT and humanistic models of intervention or a person-centred approach AND accredited membership with voluntary assured professional standards governing bodies (e.g., BACP, BABCP, NCPS Professional Registrant Accreditation, UKCP or equivalent). ? A minimum of 300 supervised post-qualification hours (either paid or voluntary) providing counselling or structured emotional support.? Experience of working with Adults/ children impacted by Addictions and self harm.? Demonstrable knowledge and confident application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), within complex and diverse clinical presentations.? Experience or demonstrable understanding of non-abstinence, recovery-oriented approaches to substance misuse and self-harming behaviours.? A full current driving licence and access to a car (or reasonable adjustments where applicable)? Flexibility to work across various locations.?? What You'll Receive??
